Air Caraibes offers a competitive alternative for flights from Paris Orly to Guadeloupe, see http://www.aircaraibes.com. Using modern Airbus A330 – 200 aeroplanes the airline offers excellent prices from just 400 euros (£285 @ 1.4 euros/£), including airport taxes! They do not offer connecting flights from the UK. However, there is now a wide choice of low cost flights to both Paris Orly and Paris Charles de Gaulle.
