Question: Is insurance required ?

Answer: We consider personal travel insurance essential for a worry free holiday. Accordingly, it
is a condition of booking with EuroParcs that you have a personal insurance policy covering every member of the party for medical costs, theft and losses whilst you are traveling abroad. Ensure you carry the policy schedule and proof of payment with you at all times on holiday as proof of your cover. Should you not wish to take personal travel insurance through EuroParcs we require details of your alternative insurance cover.

Question: What is your privacy policy ?

Answer: We request information from clients during our booking process such as contact information (e.g. name and address). If we have any problems processing your order, this contact information is used to get in touch with you. Your payment is securely processed by ENTEE Global Services on behalf on Barclays Merchant Services, and we will never store your credit card details.

EuroParcs Limited is the sole owner of any personal information collected on this site. We
will not sell, share, or rent this information to
any others. EuroParcs Limited collects information from our clients at several different points on this website to support our product offering to you. Only employees of EuroParcs Limited who require information to perform a specific job (for example to confirm a booking) are granted access to personal information. All employees are kept
up-to-date on our security and privacy practices.
